Linda is wonderful to work with!
I moved to Santa Barbara a few weeks ago and was mortified that the landlord did zero cleaning. The doors and windows were caked with dust and cobwebs and the kitchen was greasy and grimy. After 5 hours of frustrated scrubbing I got MasterCare's number from a friend.
Linda was able to get a team scheduled a few days out and they did a tremendous job. They were able to make the space not only livable but relaxing and comfortable.
My anxiety is gone- thank you Linda! I will be using them frequently in order to keep my place in tiptop shape!

4 girls. 1 moldy bathroom. 1 sticky kitchen. (And general dust and dirt throughout) $200 budget.
Linda was so helpful in accommodating and was not giving us any up charges for our needs (mold) saying that that was just part of the job. 3 cleaners came and went off for an hour and a half and left this place better than when we moved in.
They listened to our requests and asked questions when needed. And made sure we were satisfied before they left.
Amazing thorough job I am so impressed. Will definitely be using this service again.

These people were great to work with and the crew did a great job. I was in town to help my mother-in-law turn over a small studio apartment. I asked for a move out deep clean. I had a short window. MasterCare answered my request for a quote on Sunday and scheduled the work on Tuesday. The crew of 3 showed up on time and got right to work. These ladies worked hard and did a great job. The price was reasonable for the job they did. I would definitely recommend this business.

I've had my apartment cleaned a few times prior using a different company. However, this was by far the best job I've seen. There were 3 ladies who came & started cleaning immediately. They worked tirelessly and cleaned for the full hour. My bathroom, bedroom & living room were the cleanest it's ever been when they left. I was even asked to check every room to make sure there was nothing they missed. All the shelves dusted, the carpet vacuumed, and they even removed some stains that had been on the wall. I was thoroughly impressed.
This cleaning was also cheaper than the previous companies I've used. There's no doubt I'll be calling this company from now on.

I want to thank you very much for the great job your crew did cleaning my rental unit. Since I have a small property and I have so little turnover I usually do the cleaning myself. I will not show my units unless they are absolutely clean and feel that whoever rents them are doing so because they look so great and they don't have to clean before moving in. I also feel that they are more likely to give it back to me in the condition they found it...or at least close to to the way they found it. This last occupant was very nice but left the unit in terrible condition so I decided to give you a try...I will definitely be using your services again.
